It has been a long time that accession of Iran to this document is the subject of a dispute between legal and political authorities. The document contains an appendix including six articles for the benefit of developing countries. Investigation of different positions concerning the issue of Iran’s accession to this document and its appendix as well as the analysis of advantages presented in the appendix for the developing countries constitute the subject of this text. The manuscript has been submitted to people interested in the intellectual property field in two sections under the titles of positions of opponents and proponents. معاهده برن سند بنیادین بین‌المللی در زمینه حق مولف است. دیرزمانی است که الحاق ایران به این سند مهم مورد اختلاف صاحب‌نظران حقوقی و سیاسی است. این سند دارای یک پیوست حاوی شش ماده به نفع کشورهای در حال توسعه است. بررسی مواضع متفاوت در خصوص الحاق کشور به این سند و پیوست آن، همچنین واکاوی امتیازات مطرح در پیوست برای کشورهای در حال توسعه موضوع این نوشته را تشکیل می‌دهد که آن را طی دو گفتار تحت عناوین مواضع مخالفان و موافقان تقدیم به علاقمندان به رشتة حقوق مالکیت فکری می‌شود. https://jcl.illrc.ac.ir/article_239548_39a68f16b4804cd0457e86d8395f500c.pdf
